Permanent Deletion Notice
Submitting an account deletion request will permanently delete your devotee account, cloud-stored audio recordings, mantra count history, and all associated personal records from the servers of ManasAI Technology Private Limited. This action cannot be reversed.
1. How to Request Account & Data Deletion
In compliance with Google Play Developer Policies and global privacy standards, you can request the complete deletion of your account and all associated data through either of the methods below:
Option A: Direct Email Request (Recommended)
Send an email to our data protection team from the email address linked with your account:

Option B: In-App Deletion & Local Data Clear
- Open the Hari Bol app on your device.
- Tap on your Devotee Profile icon in the top header.
- Select Switch / Reset Account or tap Clear History in the History tab.
- To erase local audio files immediately, go to Android Settings > Apps > Hari Bol > Storage > Clear Storage.
2. What Data Is Permanently Deleted
When your deletion request is processed, we permanently erase:
- Account Profile: Your devotee display name, email address, and Google OAuth unique identifier.
- Voice Recordings: All audio recordings of your chanting stored in our private Cloudflare R2 object storage buckets.
- Sadhana Analytics: All historical Japa cycle counts, bead rounds (108 beads), duration metrics, and speed statistics stored in our Cloudflare D1 database.
- Guest Records: Any anonymous session tokens associated with your installation.
3. What Data Is Retained (If Any)
We do not retain your personal data or audio files after account deletion. The only information retained temporarily are aggregated, anonymous server performance logs (such as HTTP request counts and error rates), which do not contain any personally identifiable information and are automatically cleared within 30 days.
4. Deletion Processing Timeline
Upon receiving your email request at anmol@manasai.tech, our engineering team will verify account ownership and execute the complete purge of your records from our databases and cloud storage within 7 business days (and no later than 30 calendar days). A confirmation email will be sent once the deletion is finalized.
